Because our Aromatherapy Nook products are handcrafted personal-use aromatherapy products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to work with you to make it right.
Please include your order number and, if applicable, a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
Unopened Products
If you wish to return an unopened and unused product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Local Pickup Orders
